Unknown or missing roles default to business, the least-privileged editing role. Business users cannot modify system instructions, connector credentials, execution constraints, or output schemas.

Create an immutable tree version when a set of prompt changes is ready for review or deployment. Editing a prompt does not automatically create a version.
