Privacy Policy

1. Public website
The public Orchetree website does not currently run advertising analytics or client-side behavioral tracking. Cloudflare processes standard request and security metadata to deliver the site, apply security controls, and prevent abuse.
2. Waitlist data and purpose
The waitlist collects your email address and, if supplied, your company website. Signup and confirmation timestamps, consent evidence, source, and short-lived confirmation-token metadata are also recorded. The information is used only to administer the waitlist and send the availability or invitation emails you requested.
Email consent is the legal basis for waitlist communications. Email is required to join; the company-website field is optional. Do not submit confidential information through the form.
3. Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides website delivery and Turnstile abuse prevention. Google Cloud hosts the waitlist service and database. Resend may deliver confirmation and availability emails. These providers process data under their applicable data-protection terms and may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable transfer safeguards.
4. Retention
Unconfirmed waitlist records are retained for no longer than 30 days. Confirmed prospect records are retained for up to three years from signup, confirmation, or the latest contact initiated by the subscriber, unless consent is withdrawn or a shorter period is required.
5. Self-hosted product
A self-hosted Orchetree installation does not send application data to this marketing website. The operator of each self-hosted installation is responsible for its own data processing, provider configuration, and privacy obligations.
6. AI providers
Orchetree uses Bring Your Own Key connections. Prompts and related runtime data are sent to the provider selected by the user. Each provider has separate pricing, retention, training, regional, and acceptable-use terms. Review those terms before connecting a key or submitting personal data.
7. Orchetree Cloud
Orchetree Cloud is coming soon. Service-specific terms, privacy information, processor details, and retention information will apply when the managed service becomes available.
8. Your rights and contact
Depending on the processing, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You may also object where processing relies on legitimate interests. To exercise a right, contact hello@orchetree.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and identity verification.
You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
