Website Terms
Last updated: June 7, 2026
1. Public website
This website provides product information, documentation, release notes, and the Orchetree Cloud waitlist. Published information may change, and joining the waitlist does not guarantee a feature, price, availability date, or access.
2. Open-source software
The Orchetree self-hosted software is licensed under the Apache License 2.0 and governed by the license distributed with its source code. Our plain-language license summary explains the practical effect, but website text does not replace or modify the software license.
3. Trademarks
The Apache License 2.0 licenses the software, not the Orchetree name, logos, or visual identity. Truthful references such as “built with Orchetree” and “compatible with Orchetree” are permitted. Independent products and services must not imply that they are official, sponsored, or endorsed. See the trademark policy.
4. Orchetree Cloud waitlist
Joining the waitlist requests availability and invitation emails. You may withdraw that request at any time. Joining does not create a paid subscription or guarantee access. Service, privacy, pricing, and processor terms will apply separately when Orchetree Cloud becomes available.
5. Third-party providers
Documentation may link to AI providers and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing, quotas, and data policies. You are responsible for using API keys you are authorized to use and for reviewing provider terms.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the website or waitlist to submit unlawful material, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse third-party provider quotas.
7. Contact
Questions can be sent to hello@orchetree.com.
